Serulia

The Serulia Grand Duchy, to don its official title, is the oldest of the USK's constituent sovreignties. It is a largely Yumanni-influenced culture that is known for a wise and deep respect for the past and the aquisition of knowledge. Its capital, Serulon, is known for the highly respected Serulian University; the foremost source of Gold Age information outside of Azrune.
