History
Once the capital of Great Brazak, Risley has a long and illustrious history. It became a hub for northern culture and science during the centuries following the Collapse and built a reputation as a world leader in science and what was known as "New Age" tech. It is a reputation it has largely managed to hold onto, although recent years have seen extensive damage to the city; which took a central role in the Brazak Liberation War.
