New Frander is the capital city of the United Sky Kingdoms. The city is one of the most dramatic examples of urban condensing, where a settlement is formed from combining pre-existing urban districts. The components of New Frander came from across the USK, particularly the surrounding area of the kingdoms of Serulia, Lorrocaux and Adelphia. This vicinity would in turn become New Frander State. Since forming in the early 93rd century, New Frander has continued to grow rapidly. It is the world's largest city in 9329.
