West Kingdom

The West Kingdom of Merylan, Kunopia and Garathae is generally known simply as the West Kingdom. It is one of the largest states of the USK, although it was originally formed as a rival to it. In the mid-93rd Century, the three nations joined their noble houses to form a new union, which shortly afterwards went to war with the USK. But, through a combination of bad luck and poor planning, the conflict was brief. It ended with the annexation of the West Kingdom in 9253. However, New Frander went to great pains to ensure the new territory was culturally embraced and, nearly 70 years on, few in the West Kingdom hold reservations against the federation anymore. Many wholeheartedly consider themselves to be Franners.
