Dauphan Locke was a wealthy engineering veteran from the USK who went on to co-found Locke & Samson Heavy Industries with Myers Samson. He was a visionary inventor, often citing his Mithron engine (that powered the famous Foxtail Duplane) as his greatest achievement.
