Admiral Litus Moller is one of the foremost members of the Ganzabi Navy and is responsible for the primary invasion fleet in the Second Nezzu War. Moller is a tactically accomplished leader, veteran of numerous campaigns and disciplined on and off the battlefield. However, he has a temper that can sometimes get the better of him.
