The Ganzabar Military Fleet Systems GR20 "Glosterburg" rifle is a Corsair calibur rifle with a revolving chamber, carrying three rounds in a cylindrical drum much like a revolver. It is the infantry rifle carried by Ganzabi Marines.

Change of Calibur

Following the Liberation War, Ganzabar decided to move away from the Nezzu calibur. The decision to make the new Glosterburg rifles chamber a brand new type of ammunition, the Corsair round, was not without difficulties and controversy.

A large number of Ganzabi weapons had been repurposed by Brazak rebels during the war; in addition, Ganzabi and rebel ammunition stocks were interchangeable. There was a desire in Greychapel for exclusivity of Ganzabar's war materiel, to reduce this in the future.

The new Corsair round was heavier and had a larger diameter, thus would not fit in older or foreign rifles. It also gave the new Ganzabi rifle a fearsome amount of stopping power; approximately 20% greater than a similar rifle of Nezzu calibur. However, this new standard was to prove problematic and hugely expensive to the Ganzabi military. Early issues with the revolving cylinder and new calibur dragged out its introduction until, finally, it became the main battle rifle of Ganzabar in 9324.
